Messages between customers and technicians through the Venio platform.

Technicians
Your name, phone number and service address are shared with the technician assigned to your booking.
Stripe
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment details are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Supabase
Our database is hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest.
Twilio
SMS notifications are sent via Twilio. Your phone number is shared with Twilio for this purpose.
Law enforcement
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Venio and its users.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest. We have assessed our infrastructure providers and are satisfied they maintain privacy protections consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
