Venio was founded in Sydney, Australia by Ashim Khadka, an Information Technology student with a clear frustration and a straightforward solution.
Device repair had not changed in decades. Customers were expected to travel across the city, surrender their device for days, and pay prices they never saw coming. For something as essential as a phone or laptop, that experience was simply not good enough.
Venio was built to change it. The platform connects customers with vetted, professional technicians who come directly to them - at home, at the office, or anywhere in between. A booking takes two minutes. A technician arrives the same day. The repair is completed on the spot, with a 6-month workmanship warranty and payment held securely until the job is done.
The name says it all. Venio is Latin for I come - a single word that captures everything this platform stands for.
