Venio was founded in Sydney by Subash Khadka, a mobile repair technician and IT graduate who experienced first-hand how disruptive getting a device fixed can be - the travel, the waiting, and the uncertainty over price.
That experience led to a simple question: what if the technician came to you instead? Venio grew from that idea into a platform built to make device repair more convenient, transparent, and accessible.
The name comes from the Latin for “I come” - the idea at the heart of the platform: bringing repair to the customer.
